Frequently asked questions

Is Ostrov free?

Yes. Recording and transcription, tasks, projects and shared boards, assignments, chat and calls, assistant memory and statuses are free. Pro adds cloud AI, 5 GB of cloud storage, up to 5 computers, cosmetics and new features.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone with iOS 26 and Apple silicon Macs with macOS 26 or later. Tasks, projects and your plan are shared across all your devices.

Where do my recordings go?

Recording audio stays on your device: speech is recognized right there. The text can be processed by Ostrov Lite on your phone, your own model with a key, or Ostrov Cloud - only text goes there, and only with your permission. Details are in the privacy policy.

What if I message someone at night or on vacation?

The message arrives quietly and the notification comes in the morning or when they’re back. If it can’t wait - tap “Urgent”.

How do I pay for Pro?

On the pricing page: choose a term, enter the account code from Ostrov’s Settings and pay via YooKassa. Pro turns on at once on all your devices.

Can I cancel?

Any time - in Ostrov (Settings) or on the subscription page. Pro keeps working until the end of the paid period.

Do I need to sign up?

No, signing in is optional. You’ll need an account for Pro and teamwork; you can delete it along with your cloud data right in the app.
