What Ostrov is
Ostrov records notes and meetings, transcribes them and turns them into tasks, plans and delegated tasks; the voice assistant schedules meetings, sets reminders and answers questions based on your data. Messages and calls with your team and contacts sit right next to your work. Ostrov is provided by its developer, a private individual: Danil Sergeevich Kozlov, Moscow, Russia.
Plans
Ostrov Lite - free: recording, transcription, an on-device model, your own model with your own key, reminders, meetings, messages, calls, unlimited delegated tasks, call, voice message and screenshot breakdowns, the weekly report and My computer on one computer. You pay your own model's provider for its use at their prices.
Ostrov Pro - cloud processing of about 12 hours of meetings per month, 5 GB of cloud storage, up to 5 computers, mascots, live stickers and icons. Pro with your own model - the same without the cloud allowance. Ostrov Ultimate - everything in Pro, cloud processing of about 30 hours of meetings per month, 20 GB, up to 10 computers and deeper assistant memory.
Ostrov Corp - for teams of 5 or more: a shared cloud allowance, a board and conversations; for more than 10 people, by invoice for your company.
Ostrov Team+ - for teams of 5 to 30: everything in Corp, a larger shared cloud allowance per person and Ultimate features for every member.
Cloud hours are an estimate: the allowance is measured by the amount of text the cloud processes. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next month.
Subscription
Ostrov Pro is paid for on the getostrov.ru website through YooKassa under the public offer, which covers the price, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds. Pro is tied to your Ostrov account and turns on at once on all of its devices.
Subscriptions purchased earlier in the app with your Apple ID renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage and cancel such a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds for it are handled under Apple's policies.
Your data
How Ostrov handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy: recordings stay on your device, Ostrov Cloud is located in Russia, and messages and calls are encrypted.
Limitations
Models process speech automatically and can make mistakes - check anything important against the transcript. You may not use Ostrov to record people without their consent where the law prohibits it, or to send unlawful content. Messages are encrypted and we cannot read them - the sender is responsible for what they send. "My computer" runs tasks on your computer with your software - you are responsible for what you ask it to do.
Changes
These terms and prices may change; the date of the latest change is at the top of this page. We will notify you in the app before charging a new Pro price on the website; Apple notifies you of any change to an Apple subscription price.
