How you get access
- Pick a period and enter the codeThe account code is in Ostrov, in Settings. It is valid for 30 minutes.

- Pro turns on by itselfOpen Ostrov - Pro is already on.
Pro access opens automatically right after payment on all devices of your Ostrov account; there is no delivery.
FAQ
Auto-renewal
One day before the paid period ends, the price of the same plan is charged to the same payment method. If it fails, we try once more a day later, then the subscription simply ends.
How to cancel
At any time: in Ostrov (Settings) or on the subscription page with a code from the app. Pro stays on until the end of the paid period, and there will be no further charges. We keep the saved card for 7 more days so you can bring the subscription back with one tap, then delete it.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Write to support: we refund the unused days of the paid period. Details are in the offer.
Is paying safe
Payment happens on a secure YooKassa page. Only YooKassa receives your card details - Ostrov only learns that the payment went through.
Teams: seats and members
The team owner pays for 5-30 people and takes a seat too. Colleagues join with the team code in Ostrov. A new payment sets the number of seats for the new period; for more than 30 people we issue an invoice to your company.
